-RETURNING YOUR JEWELLERY TO US-
We hope you will be very happy with your jewellery, however if you do decide you need to return an item, then please do so within 14 days of receipt. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, we will only accept items in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene we are not able to accept returns of earrings so please consider this when placing your order.
-REFUNDING YOUR PAYMENT-
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm its safe return. If everything is ok and meets with our returns policy, we will automatically apply a credit minus our original postage costs of £7 to your credit card or original method of payment.
-GETTING YOUR RETURN TO US-
Please return your jewellery in its original packaging to us at the following address:

You are responsible for the postage costs incurred in returning your jewellery to us. When returning an item we advise that you use a tracked and insured postal service as we can only refund an item once we receive it and not any lost in transit.
